Now, keep in mind this was done mostly off the top of my head (I also referred to a couple "Alliance Era" PPV results columns I did to make sure I didn't forget any of those guys who have since been demoted to the minors), so I may be a few names shy.  But I think I got all the important ones.

In fact, I came up with 104 total potential draftees.  And it would shock me if the Fed actually bothered to do a 50 round draft to make sure that 100 (or more) talents were actually assigned via draft.  So a lot of the names in the "Developmental" category are probably going to go undrafted.  And it's names in that category that I've probably missed, so don't bother trying to correct me unless you REALLY think I skipped over a developmental talent that's gonna be drafted.
